The project is financed In the framework of the Agreement on Scientific and Technological Cooperation between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Only four projects were chosen from over 100 proposals received in response to the call for proposals published on 27 September 2022 and closed on 27 October 2022 on the topics of Renewable and sustainable Energy, Material Science and Engineering, Water management, agriculture and food technology and New Technologies applied to Cultural and Natural Heritage.
The funding is provided by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Egyptian Science, Technology & Innovation Funding (STDF) Authority.
